Abstract

This article highlights the application of the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) to the elements of reliance on Allah and human cooperation in collaborative constructs to design and develop the 21st Century Learning Model (PAK21) Islamic Education based on Quran content analysis. This study aims to identify the consensus of experts on the items of collaborative skills in PAK21 Islamic Education, sourced from the verses of the Quran by focusing on the elements of reliance on Allah and human cooperation. The data were collected using a questionnaire instrument that was given to 11 experts in the field of Quranic Exegesis and Islamic Education who have served in their field for more than 10 years. The findings of the study show that eleven items of reliance on Allah and human cooperation have been accepted based on expert’s agreement. The items meet the acceptance condition with the threshold value (d) is less than 0.2, the percentage of expert agreement is more than 75% and the value of defuzzification is more than 0.5. The result of this study successfully formed a model of reliance on Allah and human cooperation in collaborative skills for PAK21 Islamic Education.
